HVAC design for new multifamily construction, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, in four buildings—three 4-story wood-frame structures and one 8-story steel frame structure. The residential units are 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms in 15 typical layouts. Two levels of underground parking total 285,000 square feet. There also is a two-level common building for recreation and leasing activities. Estimated completion of construction 2006.
