Guttmann & Blaevoet participated in an evaluation of the existing library building to help the city determine whether to renovate or replace the 30-year-old facility.  The city chose replacement  with a two-story building with below grade parking.  The new library features separate pavilions for children and teens.  Two large community rooms accommodate public programs and three small group study rooms serve collaborative study and the library’s adult literacy program.
