Guttmann & Blaevoet provided mechanical design services for the relocation of Dolby Laboratories corporate headquarters to 999 Brannan Street.  The project consisted of the renovation of a 250,000 square foot former diamond market building to accommodate 150,000 square feet of office and development space.  The tenant improvement included such program spaces as highly technical listening rooms, testing labs, offices and conference rooms.
