This creative adaptive re-use project converts seven former U.S. Air Force hangars to nearly 600,000 square feet of speculative office and commercial use.  This project is intended to be a sustainable design showcase for the flexible working environment of the future.  The buildings feature such sustainable design enhancements as the underfloor distribution system for HVAC and electrical systems, which offer improved flexibility of interior spaces, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency.
