Guttmann & Blaevoet provided mechanical design for Marriott’s new timeshare condominium at the foot of the ski slopes in this popular resort that hosted the 2002 Olympics.  Features of the 6- to 11-story multi-building resort include 188 condominium units, two levels of underground parking, and amenities such as skier services, retail store, and fitness centers. Our mechanical design includes a central plant and heat-recovery system.  For fire protection, the entire building is sprinklered and meets high-rise building codes.
