Guttmann & Blaevoet provided mechanical design for three new OSHPD-3 licensed outpatient health centers in the Santa Clara Valley. These clinics offer ambulatory care, public health, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, dental, radiology, and support facilities. Our mechanical system includes variable-flow chilled water and heating hot water systems with zoned air handling by exposures for energy efficiency.
