Impact of New 2005 Title 24 Energy Standards on Healthcare Facilities

The October 2005 Non-Residential Energy Standards contain significant changes to the energy code. These changes include time dependent valuation of energy, mandatory requirements for fenestration labeling, inclusion of outdoor lighting and other changes. This seminar will cover the new requirements of the standards as they pertain to energy compliance for healthcare facilities in California.  PG&E’s new Savings By Design for Healthcare program is also reviewed, along with case studies of three healthcare projects that have successfully qualified for the program.
