  • Steven Guttmann, PE, LEED AP, Principal, also serves on the Steering Committee of the Green Guide for Healthcare, for which he wrote the Energy Optimization credits and co-chairs the Energy/Carbon Task Group.
  • Jeff Blaevoet, PE, LEED AP, Principal has received three national ASHRAE Technology Awards in the last three years, the highest honor in the industry.

Guttmann & Blaevoet has developed our own rating system to identify the environmental performance of our projects. The level is based on the following Green Points in four categories: Energy Performance, Energy Design Recognition, Energy Efficiency Technologies, and Innovative Sustainable Design Solutions.
