Khoeun has 17 years of combined experience in commissioning and building performance modeling for educational, healthcare, commercial, residential, and civic projects.   She has deep knowledge in California Energy Code, ASHRAE, LEED, and Fitwel requirements.  In addition, Khoeun has performed site energy audits of schools, office buildings and multifamily buildings for Prop 39, Energy Star Benchmarking and Title-24 HERS verification.

Khoeun has a strong building science background and understanding of building systems, including mechanical and electrical disciplines.
