We are hiring a highly motivated individual to join our Commissioning Team. You will play a vital role in commissioning activities, contribute to improving processes and creating best practices, participate in the technical analysis necessary to interpret and troubleshoot building operations, communicate effectively to a wide range of client stakeholders, lead projects as a Project Manager from the beginning to successful, develop commissioning schedules, and produce high quality deliverables, perform jobsite observations and field testing.

Required qualifications:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), SkySpark and other ommissioning software platform is a plus (CxAlloy, etc.)
- Understanding of building systems design and operation.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards: California Energy Code, CALGreen, ASHRAE Standards, etc.
- Strong work ethics and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
