Mechanical, electrical, and low voltage design for the new $50M, 81,000sf, 3-story, 316-bed student housing building for the community college district located in the Bay Area Peninsula. The building comprised of two wings houses a variety of apartment units ranging from studios to 4-bedrooms as well as a Residential Director unit. The building’s common spaces include a social lounge, kitchen, laundry, study rooms, student services and administrative offices, food pantry, mail room, and other miscellaneous support spaces. Targeting LEED Certified equivalency.
